Grapefruit diet tipsGrapefruit diet is a relative easy diet to follow and not too much restrictive as others.First here are some rules that must be followed strictly in the grapefruit diet: Drink 8 glasses of water daily. You can eat as much as you want at every meal. Don't take out anything from the grapefruit diet! Especially the bacon at breakfast and salads. This combination helps in burning fats! Grapefruit or fruit juice is important because it behaves as a catalyst in the process of burning fat. Do not add and do not reduce the amount of grapefruit or fruit juice indicated! Drink only one cup of coffee a day. Caffeine inhibits the production of insulin which prevents the burning process. Do not eat between meals. If you follow the diet as you should, you will not be hungry. Don't eat fried foods. Do not eat dessert, bakery, vegetables, white or sweet potatoes. You can double or triple your portions of meat, salads or vegetables.
